Learning and Growth

  • For personal development and expanding knowledge.
  1. What is one thing I can learn today?
  2. What gaps exist in my knowledge, and how can I address them?
  3. What small action can I take today to improve or learn something new?
  4. What is something I can improve today or tomorrow, and how will I do it?
  5. What empowering belief do I already have?
  6. How can I make today a success?

Problem-Solving

  • For addressing challenges and building resilience.
  1. What is the challenge, why does it exist, and what is the benefit of solving it?
  2. What is the worst-case scenario, and how would I respond?
  3. What steps can I take to prevent the worst-case scenario?
  4. What is one challenge I’m excited to face?
  5. How can I reframe or overcome something I’m dreading?

Positive Mindset

  • For gratitude and fostering optimism.
  1. What are three things I’m grateful for today?
  2. What were three amazing things that happened yesterday?
  3. How can I make today better than it would otherwise be?
  4. How could I have made today even better?

Daily Structure (Time-Specific)

  • Morning Focus
  1. What is one thing I want to learn today?
  2. What gaps in my knowledge can I address, and how?
  3. What is one small action I can take to fill those gaps?
  4. When will I do it? (Schedule it and set reminders to ensure it happens.)

Relationships

  • For building stronger connections.
  1. Reflect on a partner’s qualities: What are three moments that highlight their loyalty, kindness, or another trait you value? (Write this as a letter and share it.)
  2. What is one small thing I can do today to improve a relationship with someone important to me?

Goal Setting

  • For defining purpose and taking action.
  1. What is a massive goal I can set to push myself into action?
  2. What is one goal I’ll make progress on today?
  3. What does my ideal day or morning routine look like?
  4. What habits or tasks can I 80/20 to maximize results with minimal effort?

Emotional Reflection

  • For emotional clarity and processing.
  1. Why do I feel this way, and what is this emotion trying to tell me?
  2. What do I need to do to honor my needs right now?
  3. Is there something I can learn from this feeling?
  4. Write a letter to your younger or future self to process these emotions.
  5. What or who is worth the effort, discomfort, or struggle?

Progress Tracking

  • For evaluating personal growth and projects.
  1. How do I currently feel about my progress on [insert project]?
  2. Where am I holding myself back due to fear of discomfort or lack of consistency?
  3. What is one thing I’m better at today than I was yesterday?

Life Alignment

  • For long-term vision and purpose.
  1. Where do I see myself five years from now, and am I happy with that direction?
  2. What would I do if I couldn’t fail? What would I do knowing I’d fail? What would I do regardless of success or failure?
  3. What legacy do I want to leave behind? (Think of your hypothetical Wikipedia page.)
  4. In what areas am I holding back, waiting to “know enough” or be “good enough” to act?
  5. Where am I pursuing comfort instead of necessary discomfort?

Ideal Life Design

  • For redefining priorities and day-to-day happiness.
  1. If I only had two hours a day to work, what would I prioritize?
  2. What does my ideal daily routine look like, beyond titles or societal expectations?
  3. What do I love about the day-to-day activities of my current life or job? If nothing, how can I change that?
